Expansion
Ancient Guild brings the art of taming wild creatures: a new skill, monsters you can win to your side and heroes beloved by animals. It is sold together with The Horde in the Ancient Guild + The Horde pack.

In the first edition, Ancient Guild and The Horde each came in a small box of its own, kept inside the base game box. With the second edition (the first reprint) the two expansions were brought together in the Ancient Guild + The Horde combo pack: a flexible box (not rigid like the base game box) that holds the two small expansion boxes, the dice, the XP tokens of both expansions, the poison tokens and the additional rules.
The coloured frames arrived with the second edition of the base game (the first reprint). To bring the first edition of the base game, Ancient Guild and The Horde in line with it, an upgrade pack was printed with only the cards that changed. The abilities of the cards are exactly the same: it is only a graphic update, for consistency.
