Times, costs and conditions

We offer worldwide shipping services with at affordable prices.

In order to ship your order, you will be required to enter your phone number. This is a requirement to ensure accurate delivery and is required by the customs export office.

Tracking number will be sent via e-mail once your order is confirmed.

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be processed and entrusted to our courier within the next 48 working hours, while orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed and entrusted to the courier on the following Monday.
N.B.: the shipping times indicated below must be considered from the moment the order is given to the courier.

Our headquarter is located in Italy, the rates below are calculated based on the best offer of the couriers we work with.

Our shipping rates don’t include custom duties which may vary and may be applied depending on your country import policies. Customs duty, when present, is paid upon release to the importing country and the local customs authorities by the customer. The importer of record can be a business or an individual.

Track your order

The tracking service is active for all types of shipping.
The link that allows you to track the shipment is provided by email the morning after the day of purchase and will be active 24 hours later.
If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice of passage in the mailbox. Afterwards the courier will try the delivery one more time. After the second unsuccessful delivery attempt the parcel will be sent back to the sender.
If the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to the sender.

When buying online and placing an order it is important to indicate a correct phone number, the courier could call the recipient to request information in the case of problems during the delivery.
