Beers and Potions
You can buy Potion cards from space 4 on the Market board.
You can buy Beer cards from space 1 on the Market board.
When a Beer or a Potion card is played, apply the primary effect ( 
and/or 
+/-) first, and the secondary effect afterwards.
Consuming an excessive quantity of Beer can bring a Hero’s to a negative value for the current turn.
